Walking Workouts supports StandProud, a UK-registered charity which is helping poor children and young people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo who have been paralysed by polio (or have similar disabilities) to walk. StandProud provides free medical treatment, orthopaedic equipment and rehabilitation, including education. Mobility and dignity can transform a disabled person’s life and opportunities.

Walk England is a social enterprise that works to create local opportunities for people to choose to walk, to walk more often, to walk to more places, and to feel safe while doing so.
