+ We do low-impact exercises = kinder to your knees than jogging and high-impact aerobics and just as effective for inch-loss and fitness!

+ You commit to a programme of workouts = you get into the habit of regular exercise (guidelines recommend a minimum 30 minutes moderate exercise 5 times a week)


CURRENT OPEN GROUP PROGRAMME


Walking Workout = a 60-minute class that combines power walking (40-45 minutes) plus resistance exercises (10-15 minutes). Focus on a total-body, calorie-burning, body-conditioning workout.

Weekend WalkAbouts = A 2-hour power walk designed to turn your body into a lean, fat-burning machine and introduce you to new walks around south-west London. Focus on stamina, endurance and the scenery.

Level 1 Pass: 6 consecutive workouts (excl. WalkAbouts) = £60
Level 2 Pass: 10 consecutive workouts (excl. WalkAbouts) = £100
Pay-as-you-go: £14 per workout (£20 Weekend WalkAbouts)
