The Dress. Walking Workouts has revolutionized my outlook and my approach. First off, it is a marvellous life-enhancing thing to do. Enjoyment is a mild word. Secondly, it gives one the tools and the techniques for balancing weight, exercise and food intake for a lifetime. I cannot thank Suzy enough for her guidance and commitment. I’ve gone to the gym for years and though I feel pleased when I’ve done it, it’s more the pleasure you get when the pain stops. I don’t enjoy it. Suzy’s Walking Workouts are thoroughly enjoyable. I look forward to them and feel energized afterwards. Exercising in the open air definitely improves your mood, and it’s fun to have walking companions to chat to. As a teacher, Suzy is very committed. She always encourages us and is never judgmental. If I don’t have time for my Walking Workouts, I really miss them. I’m going to make Power Walking part of my life from now on. Having had two knee ops my fitness level had declined markedly. Fortunately I discovered power walking and most especially Suzy! She is a great motivator and very knowledgeable regarding both exercise and diet. Walking Workouts can be unreservedly recommended to everyone-whatever their age and whatever their current level of fitness.
